Parallel Programme

In addition to the scientific programme, the annual meeting offers a variety of opportunities to connect, collaborate, and engage. The parallel programme features (business) seminars, courses, group meetups, and more, complementing the core programme to enhance your experience. Popular events like the Student Lunch Seminar and Job Event provide informal settings to foster connections and spark meaningful discussions.

Whether it’s a networking session, an interest group meeting or a business seminar, you can request space for any of your activities and engage with the SETAC community during the meeting. Request your activity space through the Room Request Form by:
  • 15 January for activities or meetings happening on Sunday, 17 May.
  • 1 April for activities or meetings happening on the other days.
