SETAC proudly publishes Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry and Integrated Environmental Assessment and Management. Our journals provide a forum where scientists, managers and other professionals can exchange information and ideas on the study, analysis and solution of environmental problems, the management and regulation of natural resources, research and development, and environmental education.
Published continuously since 1982, Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (ET&C) seeks original experimental or theoretical work that significantly advances understanding in environmental toxicology and chemistry and in hazard and risk assessment.
Integrated Environmental Assessment and Management (IEAM) publishes the science underpinning environmental decision making and problem solving. Papers submitted to IEAM must link science and technical innovations to vexing regional or global environmental issues in one or more of the following core areas:
- Science-informed regulation, policy, and decision making
- Health and ecological risk and impact assessment
- Restoration and management of damaged ecosystems
- Sustaining ecosystems
- Managing large-scale environmental change
