Tailored Sponsorship Opportunities

Payment terms

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. In all cases, full payment must be received no later than 7 September 2026 (two weeks prior to the commencement of the Meeting on 20 September 2026). Sponsorship and exhibition entitlements - including booth allocation, logo placement and acknowledgements - are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]

Cancellations received by 26 August 2026 will receive a full refund less an AUD 100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 26 August 2026 or for no-shows; where fees remain unpaid at the time of cancellation, the full invoiced amount remains due. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. SETAC Asia-Pacific reserves the right to reallocate cancelled booth space.

Please quote your invoice number as the payment reference. If you are transferring from overseas or in a currency other than AUD (e.g. Japanese Yen or US Dollars), please add an additional AUD 10-15 to your payment to cover incoming international transfer and currency conversion fees, and instruct your bank that all sender and intermediary charges are to be borne by the payer. The full invoiced amount must be received by SETAC Asia-Pacific net of all bank charges.
