Showcase your organization’s dedication to environmental science by exhibiting at the SETAC North America Meeting.


Two Ways to Exhibit

Choose which option best fits your needs, then complete the exhibitor contract.

Exhibit Booth

Get your booth for $2,900 by 16 September or $3,300 after 16 September. The package includes:

  • One 10' by 10' booth space in the exhibit hall (furniture and carpet not included*)
  • Discount on an additional booth space (if desired)
  • Two exhibit hall passes
  • One in-person meeting registration
  • Acknowledgement on meeting website and virtual platform
  • Attendee contact list (opt in required)
  • Exhibitor bingo entry (optional, $100 minimum donation to go towards prizes)

*Furniture, carpeting and other booth items can be ordered through the general service contractor for an additional cost. You will be contacted this summer with further information on how to purchase. 

Tabletop Display

This option is limited to nonprofit and academic institutions. Get your tabletop display for $1,000. The package includes:

  • One 8' skirted table
  • One 4' by 8' poster board

Exhibit with us!

Submit your completed exhibitor contract to [email protected]. An invoice will be sent to you.

Invoices must be paid in full no later than 16 September. If payment is not received, your booth will be released. Invoices sent after 16 September must be paid in full no later than five business days after posting.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must send an email to [email protected]. If you cancel your booth by 16 September, you will receive a full refund less a US$50 processing fee. After 16 September, no cancellation or refund requests will be considered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

All refunds will be made after the meeting.
