One-Day Meeting Registration Rates

A one-day meeting registration includes admission to all scientific sessions and refreshment breaks on the specific registration date. During registration, you will be able to select the day you wish to attend. Note that a one-day meeting registration does not give you access to on-demand and recorded presentations after the meeting.

Registration and Payment Policy

One registration must be completed by each attendee.  

Your full meeting registration includes admission to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception on Sunday, a printed program book and access to on-demand and recorded presentations on the meeting platform after the meeting. 

A one-day meeting registration includes admission to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks on the specific registration date and a printed program book. A one-day meeting registration does not give you access to the on-demand and recorded presentations. 

  • Payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX) are strongly preferred. Card details can be submitted during the online registration process, or after the registration via your SETAC account.  
  • Payments can also be made by bank transfer (mind the deadlines, it may take 3–10 business days to reach the SETAC bank account). Bank details can be found on the invoice. Checks will not be accepted.  
  • To be eligible for the early registration fees, the participant must be registered by 16 September and pay registration fees by 14 October. If payment is received after this date, the increased fees are due.   
  • Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be handed over to someone else.
  • If no payment has been received prior to the conference and no proof of payment can be presented at the meeting registration desk, the registration fee MUST be paid on site to gain access to the meeting!  
  • Invoices are sent via e-mail and can be viewed in your account at any time. A printed copy of the invoice can be received upon request.  
  • If you want to add a social event or training course to an existing registration, please go to My Account > View My Events. Click on View Booking next to the upcoming event. Select Get More Tickets, then choose the social or cours you'd like to add to your registration. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelations requests must be submitted in writing to the SETAC North America office 
  • Canceling your presentation does not automatically cancel your registration, and canceling your registration does not automatically withdraw your presentation.
  • Cancellations are subject to the following: 
    • By 3 October: No cancellation fee will be charged.  
    • 4–31 October: A cancellation fee of US$250 for full-meeting registrations and US$50 for one-day registrations will be charged. 
    • After 31 October: No cancellation or refund requests will be considered  Virtual participation remains possible.
  • If a refund is issued, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid.
  • If you cancel your registration after 3 October but have not yet paid, the applicable cancellation fee will still be due. 
  • If you do not attend the meeting and your registration fee has not been paid, the outstanding balance will remain due.
  • Registration fees are nontransferable and may not be applied to another participant, meeting or membership.
  • SETAC reserves the right to convert the meeting from an in-person to a virtual event. In-person registrations will then automatically be considered as online registrations. The cancellation policy will remain unchanged. 
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed after the meeting.
