Registration for SETAC Maastricht will open at the end of January. To ensure a smooth registration process, participants are encouraged to review and update their membership status in advance as this impacts their registration fees for the annual meeting. Early bird rates will be available until 17 March, which also serves as the presenter registration deadline.
Recent graduates and senior active members seeking financial support can apply for meeting registration grants until 30 January.
Participants and organizations can request space for parallel events or activities, such as networking sessions, interest group meetings or business seminars via the Room Request Form on the website.
Exhibition Opportunities Are Filling Quickly
January is also an important month for organizations planning their presence at the meeting. A limited number of exhibition booths remain available, with prices increasing after 31 January. Secure your place in the exhibition hall before the higher rates take effect.
