1 As of June 2023, SETAC launched a new membership model, introducing the loyalty program. To maintain your loyalty status and benefits from registration discounts, renew your full membership in time and do not let it lapse. Loyalty status is given to members who have a continued full membership of more than one year. Members joining SETAC with a 3-year membership automatically receive loyalty status. If you register for a 3-year membership, please allow for up to 1 hour for the loyalty badge to apply.

One-Day Fees
A one-day meeting registration includes admission to all scientific sessions and refreshment breaks on the specific registration date. During registration, you will be able to select the day you wish to attend. Note that a one-day meeting registration does not give you access to on-demand and recorded presentations after the meeting.

Financial Assistance
SETAC North America meeting attendance grants provide waived meeting registration, and in some cases, a stipend to defray costs of attendance, for example travel or dependent care.
Cancellation Policy
To alter or cancel your registration, and the status of any associated abstracts, please send an email to [email protected].
If you cancel your registration by 18 September, you will receive a full refund less a US$50 processing fee. After 18 September, no cancellation or refund requests will be considered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.
Refunds for cancellations will be made after the meeting.
