Reserve a booth to:

One in-person exhibit includes:

  • One booth space in the exhibit hall
  • Discount on an additional booth space (if desired)
  • Two exhibit hall passes
  • One in-person meeting registration
  • Acknowledgement on meeting website and virtual platform
  • Attendee contact list (opt in required)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must send an email to fortworth@setac.org. If you cancel your booth by 14 August, you will receive a full refund less a US$50 processing fee. After 14 August, no cancellation or refund requests will be considered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

All refunds will be made after the meeting.
