In-Person Exhibit
$2,300 by 18 August
$2,700 by 1 October
One in-person exhibit includes:
- One booth space in the exhibit hall
- Discount on an additional booth space (if desired)
- Two exhibit hall passes
- One in-person meeting registration
- Acknowledgement on meeting website and virtual platform
- Attendee contact list (opt in required)

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, you must send an email to [email protected]. If you cancel your booth by 20 September 2023, you will receive a full refund less a US$50 processing fee. Cancellations made after 20 September 2023 will receive a 50% refund of the booth fee. After 1 October 2023, no cancellation or refund requests will be considered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.
All refunds will be made after the meeting.
