Get Involved in SETAC Maastricht: Explore Opportunities to Participate
Start planning your journey for the SETAC Europe 36th Annual Meeting, taking place from 17–21 May 2026, in Maastricht, the Netherlands, as we have several open calls and deadlines approaching! Whether you are a seasoned professional, an early-career researcher, or a student eager to get involved, there are many opportunities to participate. Here’s what is currently open:
Propose a Course
Environmental professionals who wish to share their knowledge or skills on a specific topic are encouraged to organise a training course. If you're passionate about advancing education in the field and contributing to the SETAC Maastricht program, submit a course proposal by 24 October.
Apply for a Grant
SETAC Europe proudly supports the next generation of scientists. Students and recent graduates can apply for complimentary meeting registration grants to help make their participation possible. If you need financial support to attend the meeting, apply for a grant by 30 October.
Volunteer Onsite
Want to be part of the action behind the scenes? We’re looking for enthusiastic student volunteers to assist with various on-site activities. It’s a great way to contribute to the meeting, gain meeting experience, and expand your network. Apply to volunteer by 18 December.
