SETAC North America 46th Annual Meeting

SETAC North America members who need financial assistance to attend the SETAC North America annual meeting can benefit from the meeting attendance grants program, which supports the society’s mission and values by facilitating the participation of students and professionals at the SETAC North America meeting. The program provides waived meeting registration and, in some cases, a stipend to defray costs of attendance, for example travel or dependent care.

Meeting Attendance Grant for Students

SETAC North America students can receive one grant at each degree program: undergraduate, masters, doctorate. The grant includes a meeting registration waiver and travel support with expectation to volunteer at the meeting.

Meeting Attendance Grant for Professionals

Eligible applicants include all SETAC North America professional members, including recent graduates and senior active members. Applicants may request support for reasons such as job insecurity, unexpected changes in employment status, or dependent care responsibilities. This grant is supported by the SETAC North America Endowment Fund.
