Registration Is Now Open for the SETAC Europe 36th Annual Meeting

Early bird registration for the SETAC Europe 36th Annual Meeting is now open! From 17–21 May 2026, the environmental science community is planning to gather in Maastricht, the Netherlands, a historic city where ideas have crossed borders for centuries. This May, let your science cross borders too and register to join the meeting.

The early bird registration deadline is 17 March. By registering early, you can secure discounted fees and confidently plan your week in Maastricht. The online meeting platform is now live, already featuring parallel events and training courses, with sessions and presentations continuing to be added in the coming weeks as the program takes shape.

Please note that presenters and session chairs are required to register by 17 March. Those not registered by this deadline will be withdrawn from the meeting program.

Late-Breaking Abstracts

Late-breaking science abstract submission is now open, offering an opportunity to share recent findings and contribute to the scientific program in Maastricht. Make sure to review the submission guidelines, and submit your late abstract by 29 April.

Training Courses

On Sunday, 17 May, a range of training courses will be offered, providing hands-on learning and skill development, led by experts across disciplines. Minimum enrolment is required for courses to proceed, so sign up for your course before the early bird deadline to ensure course viability.

With registration open and the program steadily unfolding, the road to Maastricht is officially underway. We look forward to welcoming the SETAC community next spring for a week of science and connections along the banks of the Meuse.
