Abstract Submission

Late-breaking science abstract submission opens on 9 July.

Posters only. No fee this year! Accepted abstracts will be featured in a dedicated late-breaking science poster session.

View a List of Sessions

When you submit an abstract, you will be asked to select an appropriate track and session for your submission. This list includes a description of each session and lists the session chairs.

Please Note

  • You do not need to be a SETAC member to submit an abstract, but you must have an account in our database with a saved billing address. You can create an account on the SETAC website, which you can use to submit an abstract or register for a meeting.
  • Late-breaking science abstracts will be accepted from 9 July–20 August. These will be presented as posters only in a dedicated session and not assigned to topical sessions.
  • The $50 submission fee has been waived this year for late-breaking science abstracts.
  • Submissions will be reviewed by the abstract review committee and you will be notified via email about acceptance.
  • All presenters must register for the meeting, pay applicable registration fees and attend the meeting.

Please do not submit the same abstract to multiple sessions or propose it for more than one presentation type (e.g., both poster and platform).

If you request a platform presentation and space is not available, your abstract will automatically be considered for a poster. Likewise, if you request a poster, session chairs may ask you to present it as a platform.
