When travelling to Switzerland, we encourage you to consult official government resources, such as eda.admin.ch or sem.admin.ch, for the most up-to-date information on entry requirements, visa regulations, and customs procedures.
The specific documents that you need for entry depend on your nationality. Participants travelling from outside the European Union or the Schengen Area may need to apply for a visa, such as the Schengen Visa or the ETIAS, prior to travel. We recommend checking your individual requirements well in advance of your trip.

Personalised Invitation Letter Request
To request a personalised invitation letter, please log in to your account and return to this page. Once you are logged in, you will see the form below. After you have filled out the form, your request will be sent to the SETAC office. Please allow at least five business days to receive your letter via email.
Note that SETAC cannot contact any embassies on your behalf. They have informed us that any documents sent directly to them from SETAC will be destroyed and that applicants should bring all relevant documents with them to their interview. Furthermore, SETAC has no control over the visa application process or the decision of the visa adjudicator in the embassy or consulate.
