Please note that the meeting dates are earlier than usual. As a result, key deadlines may also fall earlier than in previous years. Plan your participation accordingly.

 

Please note: 

  • Meeting grants
    SETAC Europe offers various meeting grants for students, recent graduates and senior active members. Each grant has its own application deadline; make sure to check the criteria and apply in time.
  • Presenter registration deadline
    The early bird deadline also serves as the presenter registration deadline. If your abstract is accepted (notifications expected mid-January), you must register by the early bird deadline to secure your place in the programme.
  • Membership and fees
    Registration fees are automatically based on your membership status and category. Please review and update your membership details before registration opens to ensure the correct fee is applied.
