Provides policy guidance to the SETAC North America Board of Directors related to meetings that the geographic unit may sponsor. Solicits, receives and evaluates proposals for Annual Meetings and Focused-Topic Meetings to ensure their overall technical excellence. It is guided by these standard operating procedures (SOPs):
