Session Proposal Submission Now Open for SETAC Maastricht

Fresh off another inspiring annual meeting, we’re already setting our sights on what’s next. As is tradition every June, the planning for another exciting SETAC Europe Annual Meeting begins. This time, from 17–21 May 2026, we’re heading to the historic heart of the Netherlands, Maastricht, where borders blur and bold ideas flourish.

The call for session proposals for the SETAC Europe 36th Annual Meeting is now open. Exploring the theme “Embrace the Outlier: In Science, Regulations and Networks,” the Programme Committee invites you to think beyond the average, embrace the unexpected and spotlight the underexplored.

Whether you’re working with unusual data that defies expectations, exploring non-standard methods that push regulatory boundaries, or rethinking established approaches that challenge conventional wisdom, we want to hear from you! This is your opportunity to chair a session and help shape a bold, boundary-pushing scientific programme for SETAC Maastricht.

Have a look at the meeting scope and track descriptions to find one that best matches your session, review the session proposal submission guidelines, and submit your session proposal by 15 August.

Visit the meeting website for soon-to-be available updates and key deadlines, so you don’t miss a beat before heading into summer.

Join us in Maastricht and let’s celebrate the science that stands out, for all the right reasons.
