The online version of the program book is now available, offering a full overview of the week at a glance. For the most up-to-date program and any last-minute changes, be sure to check the meeting platform, which remains your go-to resource throughout the event.

Upload Your Presentation

Presenters are required to upload their presentations in advance and have received an email with upload instructions. The presentation guidelines are available online, with practical information on formats, tips and the upload process. Please review the guidelines and upload your presentation in time to ensure a smooth and timely session experience.

Plan Your Visit

Before travelling, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the venue, MECC Maastricht, including directions and access information, to ensure a smooth arrival. For the most direct route to registration, please use the Forum Entrance.
