Discover What’s in Store for SETAC Maastricht: Explore the Program
With just over a month to go until the SETAC Europe 36th Annual Meeting, now is the perfect time to explore what awaits in Maastricht. From 17–21 May 2026, a vibrant and diverse program is ready for you to discover on the online meeting platform.
As always, the meeting offers a strong scientific program, with all sessions and presentations now online, making it easy to start building your personal itinerary. This includes the plenary lineup, which will offer inspiring perspectives from leading experts across the field, as well as the unmissable SETAC Science Slam.
Beyond the science, a rich parallel program complements the week, ranging from training courses to sponsored lunch seminars, interest groups and community meetings. Other dedicated networking moments include the LGBTIQA+ Meetup, fostering an open and inclusive space for connection, as well as students and early-career events, such as the Student Lunch: Career Perspectives and the popular Toxic Tales Event, combining science with storytelling in a more informal setting. Those interested in science communication will also not want to miss the panel discussion “Science Communication as a Means of Strengthening Democracy?”
Finally, the Tuesday SETAC Party and the Wednesday Congress Dinner provide great opportunities to unwind and experience Maastricht’s warm atmosphere.
Register today to join a vibrant week in Maastricht filled with science and networking. Those still wishing to be part of the scientific program can submit late-breaking abstracts until 29 April.
