SETAC Europe Board of Directors
The SETAC Europe Board of Directors consists of 19 members elected by the SETAC Europe membership at the Annual General Assembly, usually in May during the SETAC Europe Annual Meeting. The board of directors aims to achieve equal representation from government, business, and academia. Only full SETAC members are eligible to hold office as a member of the board of directors. Members of the board of directors shall be elected for a period of three (3) years, which may be renewed for only one consecutive term.
The board of directors elects the incoming president (vice president) from amongst their voting members, who becomes president the following year and immediate past president the year thereafter. The board of directors has appointed an Executive Director (Chief Operating Officer) to manage the affairs of SETAC Europe.
