SETAC Asia-Pacific Ltd is incorporated in Australia as a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) and registered as a not-for-profit organisation with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). The society operates as part of the global SETAC network, supporting members across the Asia-Pacific region. Several chapters within the region are separately incorporated, including the Australasia Chapter and the Japan Chapter.
