Virtual Mini-Workshop Series: Navigating Science Careers
SETAC regional chapters from the Pacific Northwest, Northern California and Southern California have teamed up to offer SETAC North America students and early or mid-career professionals an exciting opportunity through a series of virtual mini-workshops. The virtual mini-workshops will include inspiring talks led by professionals from across the scientific spectrum and provide an opportunity for participants to interact with presenters and other attendees.
These virtual events are designed to provide the audience real-world insights into life as an environmental scientist in various sectors. Each virtual event will focus on careers in one or more sectors. The events will be held at 12 pm Pacific / 3 pm Eastern North America Time Zone. - 18 September: Led by Nick Hayman and Nick Williams (Government)
- 25 September: Led by Kara Warner and Peter Arth (Business)

The mini workshops are free to SETAC North America students and early and mid-career professionals but donations to the chapters fund are accepted.
