About Ashlee
I am a study director and leader of the Plant Toxicology group at Smithers, located in Wareham, MA. I earned my BS in Earth Science from Bridgewater State University, and my MESM with a specialization in Wetland, Watershed and Ecosystem Science from the University of Rhode Island. In my role as leader of the Plant Toxicology group at Smithers, I direct a small team of researchers on a variety of terrestrial and aquatic plant exposures, and I take pride in developing and refining unique exposures designed to meet the needs of our clients. I am also involved with the SETAC Plant Interest Group Plant Visual Injury Steering Committee. In my spare time I enjoy native plant gardening, houseplants, and taking road trips to visit National Parks.
