The Italian Language Branch is a non-profit professional Society. It supports the development of principles and practices for sustainable environment quality and ecosystem preservation. It provides scientists with important opportunities for discussion and promotes the application of scientific knowledge to environmental policy. The main goal is the application and advancement of scientific research into contaminants and other environmental stress agents. It is an interdisciplinary forum among scientists and students from academia, industry and public authorities. It organizes workshops, scientific meetings and training courses on chemical and ecotoxicology topics.
