Europe: German Language Branch

The SETAC German Language Branch e.V. (SETAC GLB) is a regional branch of SETAC Europe, providing an open forum in the region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland for scientists and institutions engaged in the study of environmental problems, management and regulation of natural resources, education, research and development and manufacturing.

Join a SETAC Regional Chapter or Branch

Participation in a Regional Chapter or Branch is open to all members either during the join or renewal process. If you want to join a chapter or branch outside of this process, please contact us.

General Group Guidance

Members of SETAC Groups are expected to adhere to all SETAC Policies including the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct as well as the Participant Policies.

If you join a group, you will receive group updates about scheduled meetings, added documents or new discussions via email. To receive updates about specific discussions, please subscribe to the discussion notifications. 

To help us keep SETAC groups respectful and science-focused, we ask members to refrain from posting the following:

  • Solicitations or promotions (including fundraising or commercial offers)
  • Irrelevant or off-topic content
  • Inappropriate language or disruptive behavior

SETAC reserves the right to remove posts without notice or suspend members who do not follow these guidelines.
