SETAC regularly offers online and in-person professional training courses. The purpose of professional training courses is to provide educational opportunities to the membership and guests. The courses are taught by experts in the field and are coordinated by SETAC members and staff. Course topics include cutting-edge and general scientific areas of interest. In addition, non-scientific courses that teach soft-skills, such as science communication or leadership, are also offered.
A variety of half- and full-day professional training courses are offered in conjunction with SETAC meetings. Upcoming courses are advertised on the websites of the various SETAC meetings.
Prerecorded online courses can be found under their topic in the Science Corner and are available on our YouTube channel.
Interested course instructors can contact SETAC for more information.
