Share |

The SETAC North America Nominating Committee identifies nominees to stand as candidate for the annual election to the board of directors.

Committee Charge

The charge of the committee is to prepare a slate of nominees for election to the board of directors of SETAC North America and its representatives to the SETAC World Council. The committee is also responsible for identifying candidates to serve as vice president and secretary-treasurer for the SETAC North America board. The composition of the board should reflect the membership, and diversity within the board will aid in providing a broad range of perspectives useful in decision-making.

Committee Members

There are nine members of the committee including the chair, who is the immediate past president of SETAC North America board. The SETAC North America executive director shall serve as an ex officio member. The chair selects the remaining eight members of the committee, including two from the board and six from the membership, such that committee membership is balanced among government, academia and business.
