SETAC North America Members are Invited to Vote in the 2020 Board of Directors Election

The SETAC North America Board of Directors invites you to participate in this year’s election for new board members. If you are a SETAC North America member, you should have received an email with your
personal link to vote. If you haven’t received the email or have opted out of email, please contact the office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (850) 469-1500.
The board consists of 16 voting members and is made up of five representatives each from government, academia and business as well as a student representative, who will also serve as North America Student Advisory Council (NASAC) chair. Additionally,
the board includes two ex officio, non-voting members, the SETAC North America executive director and NASAC vice chair. The board sets SETAC North America’s strategic direction and makes sure that we fulfill our mission.
2020 Election Slate
For the 2020 election, the open positions on the SETAC North America Board of Directors include:
- Two board positions in the academia sector
- One board position in the business sector
- One board position for the NASAC vice chair position (non-voting)
SETAC North America members can cast their ballot until 30 October. The newly elected board members will join the board during the SETAC North America 41st Annual Meeting, which will be held virtually from 15–19 November 2020.
