Aside from the scientific programme, the annual meeting also offers plenty of ways to connect and engage outside of the scientific sessions. The parallel programme includes seminars, courses, business meetings, group meetups, tours, administrative meetings and other events meant to complement the annual meeting. Popular parallel events include the “Student Lunch Seminar,” the “Job Event,” and many more.

If you’re interested in organising a parallel event or would like to request space for an activity during the meeting, please complete the room request form. For activities or events that take place on Sunday, 5 May, applications must be submitted by 15 December, to allow sufficient time for planning. All other requests for events must be submitted by 1 April.
