Oral presentations should be prepared on Microsoft Powerpoint 2000-2007 (saved as ppt format). Speakers will have 15 min for their presentation followed by 5 min for questions. This timing will be strictly enforced to ensure parallel sessions.
Session highlights are slightly longer, with 25 min for the presentation followed by 5 min for questions.
Keynote speakers will have 40 min for their presentation followed by 10 min for questions.
Posters must not be wider than 841 mm. The suggested format is A0 in portrait mode (841 mm wide by 1189 mm high). The poster session will be on Wed 4th July from 3:40pm to 5pm in room 14-613 (Terrace). Posters can be put up by 3pm on the day, and should be taken down by 5pm.
Abstract submission is now closed. Abstracts for poster presentations may still be accepted, at the discretion of the session chairs. Please contact brisbane2012@setac.org if you would like to discuss.
