If you are looking for an economical way to effectively promote your company or organization, the sponsorship opportunities at the SETAC North America 27th Annual Meeting are just what you need. From events to computers to print materials, there is a sponsorship opportunity to fit any need. Don't waste another minute though; some of these opportunities are first-come, first-served.
Meeting Contributions
$5,000+ / $2,500 / $1,000 | Sponsorship Deadline: 4 September 2006
Platinum Level - $5,000+
- Company name will appear in meeting program and on website if contribution made by 4 September 2006.
- 3 complimentary meeting registrations (short course and social functions not included)
- Quarter-page meeting program ad
- Table-top display or $350 off Exhibitor Booth fee
Gold Level - $2,500 up to $5,000
- Company name will appear in meeting program and on website if contribution made by 4 September 2006.
- 2 complimentary meeting registrations (short course and social functions not included)
- Quarter-page meeting program ad
Silver Level - $1,000 up to $2,500
- Company name will appear in meeting program and on website if contribution made by 4 September 2006.
- 1 complimentary meeting registration (short course and social functions not included)
Coffee Breaks
$250 | Sponsorship Deadline: 4 September 2006
- Signage in the exhibit hall/poster area and note of appreciation in the Meeting Program
- Website listing and meeting logo provided for setting up link from sponsor’s website to the 2006 Annual Meeting website
Poster Socials
$500. Exclusive Sponsorship Cost: $5,000. | Sponsorship Deadline: 4 September 2006
- Signage in the exhibit hall/poster area and note of appreciation in the Meeting Program
- Website listing and meeting logo provided for setting up link from sponsor’s website to the 2006 Annual Meeting website
Internet Café
$500 per computer | Sponsorship opportunities available until time of meeting
- Company name will appear on signage at Internet Café, in meeting program, and on website if contribution made by 4 September 2006.
- By sponsoring a computer in this area, you can put company logos (i.e., mouse pads, paper, pens) at your station.
Tote Bags
Exclusive Buyout Cost: $7,500 | Sponsorship Deadline: 4 September 2006
- First-come, first-served.
- Sponsoring organization’s logo appears on reverse of bag that is given to each meeting participant
Tote Bag Inserts
$350 | Sponsorship opportunities available until time of meeting
- Contributing organization’s printed material (up to 4-page) and/or giveaway is placed in bag that is given to each meeting participant
