<description><![CDATA[<p>Cynthia,</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Thanks for posting these for use by the team.&nbsp; I wonder if the group thinks it would be useful, for any of our topical contributions, to highlight and discuss points in these references before they get used in the papers.&nbsp; I particularly think this might be helpful for the Tainter&nbsp; et al. book chapter but depending on how the topical teams are planning to take up these ideas, such an exercise might be useful for any ideas the groups may take up. <br></p>]]></description>
