Conference Registration
Everyone who intends to come to the conference is required to do a pre-registration during abstract submission. Conference and short course registration fee should preferably be paid in advance online where possible. In countries where online payment is not possible please contact either the respective regional manager (see table below) who will give directions on how to send the fee in local currency or the treasurer.

Payment Policy
- Per attendee, one registration form should be completed.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
- Payment options:
- Can be done by credit card (details of the card can be submitted during the online registration or sent by fax to the SETAC office in Brussels to the fax number +32 2 770 53 86).
- By bank transfer (mind the deadlines, it takes several days to reach the SETAC bank account!).
- Or cash onsite in Lusaka, Zambia.
- Cheques will not be accepted.
- Payment terms:
In order to be eligible for the early registration fees, the participant:
- must be registered by 31 July 2013 and
- the payment MUST be received by 10 August 2013. If payment is received after this date, the increased fees are due.
- In case you have not received a receipt from SETAC before the conference date we kindly ask you to bring proof of payment to the meeting. If no payment was received and no proof of payment can be shown, the registration fee MUST be paid on site.
- After 20 August 2013, only onsite registration is possible.
- Cancellation terms:
- If you cancel your registration by 31 July 2013, a cancellation fee of $ 50 will be charged.
- In case of refund after a cancellation, 50 $ will be deducted from the already paid amount.
- Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax to the SETAC office in Brussels. (email: setaceu@setac.org, fax: 0032 (0)2 770 53 86)
- No refunds will be made for any reason for (partial) cancellations received after 31 July 2013. If you cancel your registration after the cancellation deadline but have not paid yet, the outstanding amount will still be due.
- SETAC Europe reserves the right to cancel any events due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of event cancellations by SETAC, a refund of the full event fee will be done.
- After the meeting:
For delegates who did not show up at the meeting:
- if the fees were not paid yet, the outstanding amount will still be due.
- if the full conference fee was paid in advance, delegate materials can be received upon request.
- Per reminder that needs to be sent, an administrative cost of 25 $ will be added to your invoice.
