I think we are set for the coverage of the Berlin Declaration in Brazil and Argentina at the regional chapter meetings. We will have an overview presentation by one of the SLA officers at the opening plenaries. In addition there will be a prominently displayed poster with info about the Declaration and how to comment.

I am preparing a summary of the discussion and input from the SAP meeting in Kumamoto last week and am seeking feedback from the Brazil Regional Chapter meeting last week as well.

Indications are we are on the right track and the feedback ranges between we are saying too much and straying out of our core expertise areas or we are too vanilla and not being specific or aggressive enough. I suppose that being in the middle somewhere is what the typical member feels, although the number of praticipants and commenters likely is not especially significant, even on a GU scale.
