Plan to attend the chapters annual meeting to be held at The Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club in Madison WI on March 14-16, 2016
We've sent out two calls for abstracts (online submission this year) with a 1 February abstract deadline. All the information for
online abstract submission, online meeting registration, and student
award applications can be found on the Midwest Chapter webpage
- A short course will be held Monday, and the science sessions will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- After the short course, we'll hold a board of directors meeting (open to all) that is followed by a greet-n-meet at a local establishment, Brocach. That's on Monday, March 14 from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. (or later!). Upstairs Lounge at the Brocach, 7 West Main Street, Madison (www.brocach.com). Cash Bar. Walking distance from the meeting location.
- Tuesday, we begin our session at 8 a.m. and the meeting ends around 1:30 pm. on Wednesday. Check our webpage for updates on the program listing.
We need donations for our raffle that benefits the students. Please consider donating items that others would want to select at the raffle table. Re-gifting items work too. Popular items are consumables, but please bring anything you'd like to donate. We would like to raise $500 or more this year to support the student travel awards.
